Two days after being groped by an unruly fan while walking from her hotel to her car in Barcelona, Miley Cyrus is speaking out about the attack.
The 26 year old singer took to her Twitter and Instagram story to share a video montage of the fan attack, with coverage by Inside Edition and The Talk.
The coverage from both outlets mentioned how some trolls even blamed Cyrus herself for the attack, due to how she was dressed, which Cyrus addressed as well.
‘She can be with her husband. She can be with her girlfriend. She can be naked. She CAN’T be grabbed without her consent,’ she said, with #DontF**kWith My Freedom.
The video featured a segment from The Talk where Sara Gilbert shook her head and responded to the claims Miley was to blame as, ‘Ridiculous.’
The Talk host Sheryl Underwood continued, alluding to Cyrus’ racy past, stating, ‘No matter how many Wrecking Balls she swung, the things that she’s done, that doesn’t mean she wants her personal space to be violated.
On Miley’s Instagram story, she shared some of the comments fans have been leaving, including one woman who said, ‘You wanted to be “sexy,” what do you expect?’
Another fan asked if it was President Donald Trump who tried to grope her, and another said, ‘Well what do they expect when they dress like whores.’
