The Lagos state Polytechnic mass communication student Nd1 celebrate the 2nd festival of plays at entrepreneurship Education Centre Ikorodu
with different skills display in drama, singing, and dance as students of various department gathered to showcase their entrepreneurship skills as part of the requirement in their academic pursuit. The institution which has made entrepreneurship education as one of its foundation courses in building manpower in the society has designed an EED Day to enable students to showcase their talents and the program draw the interest of students from all departments.
According to an insider, Mr. Ibrahim Nurudeen, the lecturer of Entrepreneurship Education started training students from a resumption of the academic calendar and grouped students on various plays to be acted. The groups include the Trail Blazers, The Tribalism, The Achievers and the Sister Juliet group all entertained the audience to satisfaction.
A popular student, Animashaun Opeyemi who acted as a gang Star displayed exceptional skills as he earned several applause from students from the auditorium. His group acted to showcase the deteriorating ills of cultist activities in our society and lack of good parental upbringing which lessons were synonymous with modern tends.
Judging from public opinion, the mass communication department ND 1 class did creditably well in both drama and dance as the umpire himself, Mr. Ibrahim nods his head severally in acknowledgment of their excellent performance.
